[GAMEPLAY] Viktor AA Modifier Discharge with Structures (TOURNAMENT REALM BUG)

While watching the LCK and Faker's Viktor, I noticed Viktor was constantly chunking the towers and Nexus during the end-game siege of CJ Entus' base. At first I saw it as his AA modifier, Discharge, that he gets from his Q - Siphon Power, and his Lich Bane altogether, but I then noticed the animation and the power of his auto attacks on the structures were constantly being used. You can notice this bug at 1:21:18 (sorry, can't link to a specific time) after he Q's a minion and then proceeds to have the same Discharge animation over and over on the tower/Nexus.
