How to get permanent red and blue buffs on Sion

I just discovered that it is possible to get permanent red and blue buffs on Sion that never expire and never go away when you die.

Step 1) Go out into the jungle and get yourself a red buff and a blue buff Step 2) Get an opponent to kill you (they will now get your buffs) Step 3) While your passive is going, kill the person who killed you and took your buffs (Your zombie Sion will now have the buffs) Step 4) Wait for your passive to run out Step 5) Respawn with your buffs on a refreshed timer Step 6) Go get yourself killed again Step 7) Congratulations, you now have permanent red and blue buffs

Upon further inspection, it appears that it is just the buff animation that remains, you do not actually have the buff effects.
