When Quinn E's singed during singed Q, the second Quinn bounces off of singed he can still grab me mid backflip and toss me backwards. It says that during Quinn's E that is displaces an enemy for a short period of time, yet when I backflip off of singed it doesn't displace him and he can still toss me while I'm mid-air. Rito please.

It just looks that way because it DOES still displace Singed. You hit each other at the same time. This is a good interaction anyway considering how hard Quinn already counters Singed. Singed needs SOMETHING going for him in matchups when the enemy player counter picks him with a ranged champion. Coward move >)

Zordon4201 votesthen riot needs to fix it so that she either gets flipped the second she hits or she pushes through and singed has to catch up after flip to use his flip. Otherwise it is just a tease. Thinking I will get away only to get flipped half way through my flip.

Don't just spam the ability for free when you play vs singed. Poke him down from range first like a proper coward and then you can use that ability and finish him off because it still displaces and slows him.
It isn't a bug. When he buffers the ability, you hit each other at the same time. That is why it works the way it does.
