Ultimates not on smart or quick cast not working but instead recalling character [GAMEPLAY]

On 3 different champions (akali, lucian, ezreal) I have tried to ult and instead my champ will stop moving and lag and then when i try ulting again it will start recalling. This is of course without me being anywhere near my recall button. Please investigate.
