Level 5 user played a rank game in my team

Hi i just played a rank game and noticed that one of my team member was level 5 unranked user. I did double check his stats and level through op.gg and it clearly states that he is level 5. We had to surrender game within 15mins due to this bug and it resulted in losing game I captured a photo of his profile. Please reach me I will send you a copy of image to investigate. this shouldn't happen under no circumstance and I claim for compensation.
