Bug Report, no sound on recorded highlights//replay bug

After patch 8.16 dropped, i was experiencing issues with the highlight/replay feature, the timeline in replays got very dark, u can barely see, the events that happened(eg. kills, objectives

It even affected my older clips, (highlights) They got no sound either

The sound is there in the league client "Highlights" But not in the folder where they save

I have contacted support, nothing helped, got a easy answer, report a bug.

I have tried multiple things such as converting the format of the recorded highlights which is .webm converting it to mp4, avi nothing seems to be working.

No sound in any highlights I've recorded today. Any announcement? NA item 3151

I sometimes have this issue too. It happens randomly; it could be a day after I made a recording WITH sound, and I'd never mess with any settings if the highlight system was working just fine. Rito please...

I have the same issue with the replay, my highlight got no sound after i record it, since the 8.20 update

Seriously is there a bug in this game. There are certain highlights that I literally can not watch because no sound wants to play. All the sound is on from the cpu and in game client but if I skip, no sound once I record and head back to highlight reel. What am I missing?
