if it continues to fail after all the attempts below Lookup revouninstaller pro (download basic though) - uninstall your software and reinstall it (both with revouninstaller) - a) be careful to read ALL THE INFORMATION PERTAINED TO THE UNINSTALLATION PROCESS WITH REVO, you can wipe your entire pc if your not careful in the registry editor B) only check the bold text, and make sure to click remove before continuing, this will in all likely hood, fix whatever is wrong
