I don't know if this is a bug but please help

So, today someone gifted me pulsefire cait and ward skin. No notification popped up or anything thought that the client was bugged saying that I owned the skin when I don't. So I tried to go into a custom game , wouldn't let me make one. So I decide to close league and re log back on. Then I type in username/password and now all it says is "Authenticating..." and has been this way for 5+ min, anything I can do? Also I got on the app and talked to the person, they said they had gifted me but no notification had popped up saying so. Thanks

Were you able to actually log in ? Stuck on authenticating sounds like internet issue to me, could be wrong...

Confirm with your friend if payment actually went thru, sounds like it may not have?

Yes, I was "actually" able to log on. It says I am online to my friend but for me it is stuck on the authenticating screen. Also a rioter sent me a comment saying that yes the gift had gone through and I now had the skins
