Crash

I was in the middle of a game when the update started which made my game crash. After the update completed I attempted to play another game and I was able to go through the que up until the pre-game load screen was supposed to come on. I waited for five minutes with nothing but a black screen. I exited the game at that point and attempted to re-connect many times but was only met with the same problem. At that point I restarted my computer and reset my internet connection and attempted to re-connect but was still met with the crash. I then waited for about 45 minutes and tried again and the same issue happened. I would hate for the team to report me and get penalized for this crash when i tried everything I could to fix it on my end.
