PLease Fix the Key Fragment glitch!

I just got two more key fragments, I didnt get the reward.... I Have every skin i want ect, Really not trying to hustle you guys for some key fragments I just enjoy looting, Ill take a video if its not fixed, videos can be so easy to edit though, today i earned 2 key fragments didnt get one.
