LoL not loading after champion select (patch 8.6)

I've been having this issue for the past 5 patch updates and it always happens and i'm getting pretty frustrated... WHY DOESN'T RIOT FIX THIS! i'm not the only one with this issue seeing as people have made youtube videos about this since 2014...

anyway after i select champion and it closes then reloads the game it just sits there with loading curser and a black screen for ages and i manually have to get task manager out to close the game and reload it just to see it do it again and again...

i don't have LOLReplay installed so i don't know wtf it could be.. ehhhhh helllpppppppppppppppppppppp

I haven't had that one, I've had the one where it will load, everyone is sitting at 100% and it just stays there. 5+ minutes later you force close the game, relog in, reconnect, oh hey the game has been going on for 7 minutes.

the issue is you are in season 8 which is still being worked on you need to download patch 6.8 which is currently stable. Patch 8.6 is super bugged since its release date is some time in June of 2018.
