[Gameplay] Moonflair Spellblade, Item Sets

I was recently going through item sets for a few hours, asking myself how to build TF to make him relevant. (Tall order I know) I pieced everything together little by little loving my small build more and more. I looked over every item in Item sets and saw Moonflair Spellblade, needless to say after glancing it over and seeing it was only not allowed on Howling Abyss I added it to my build. Well all this took me a while last night and I decided to try out my little buld this afternoon. As I entered Summoner's Rift to test it I was astonished to find the blade did not appear. Searching it yielded nothing as well. Just thought I'd give you a heads up, had I gone into a real match to find that I would have been rather upset.
