2018 LUNAR REVEL, NEED ADVICE

I bought one of the new packs which gives the puppy Nasus ward and one of those gold things, I used the gold thing to buy the Dragonblade Riven plus chroma. Today i bought Riven and the skin isnt there. Any advice?

You have to have the skin. The chroma is just that...a chroma.

They bought Riven + the skin + chroma and now the skin isn't there. Last I checked, any thing you get from lootboxes and anything like that just goes to your loot space.

They did not buy the skin. The Golden token gets you an icon and a chroma. You have to have the skin already.
