Sugar rush Evelynn, missing texture on arm.

I discovered a bug when you have Evelynn's "E" ability whether it is your first or third whatever time you gotten the ability and your passive is up, her arm on her elbow will have a missing texture it is very noticeable when you zoom into Evelynn and recall. this is the order I had done it before the bug occurred.

1. Pick any game mode (TFT excluded), More conveniently tested on Practice tool.

2. Pick Evelynn

3. Select Sugar rush Evelynn skin(chromas included)

4. Entering game/spawning in.

5. Get your "E" ability and passive up

I made sure to see that what was causing her elbow to have the missing textures, and I believe that when you have your "E" ability and your passive is up, her arm will have that missing texture or black spot, when you use Evelynn's passive its fixed but will come back within 5 seconds when her passive is up or will stay fixed until you recall or attack then the missing textures will appear again, if you don't have her "E" ability and her passive is up her arm will look normal and the black spot or missing texture wont be there.

I hope this gets fixed, even though its such a small thing that could possibly be easily forgotten cause we are always in combat in the game, but im sure there are people like me where I cant focus or think about doing something in the game cause something like this exist and is clouding over my thoughts making me focus on that than the game itself, which really bothers me cause I see this skin I am glad that is a thing that Is beautiful but is ruined by something like that and it bothers me a lot, its something I cant get it to not annoy me or irritate me or even forget.
