[CRASH]Game crashing every time

Hi, So, I wanted to play Dark Star and went in game, started playing and in about 10/20 seconds of playing it crashed game. I though it was just a minor bug that happens (it happent this week once or twice to my), but when I restarted my PC and got in game it crashed again, and again, and again. I don't know if this happens to anyone else or in normal game mode but I really don't want to get banned because of some software bug in Dark Star. For now I'm just glad that people playing Dark Star play it for fun and don't report.
