Lowered Performance Since the latest Windows 10 Update

Hey everyone I've got a question for you all. I just updated to the lastest version of Windows 10 that just came out a few days ago. However I've noticed a massive performance dip since then. I used to get easily over 120FPS maxed out while livestreaming but after said update, I'm not even getting 60FPS all the time. I'm currently in the middle of a stream so I won't be entirely as active as I can (same username if you're curious shameful plug). Has anyone else noticed this happen to them? If so have you found any solutions? Thanks!

My specs: Intel Core I7 4790K 8GB DDR3 RAM GTX 1050TI Windows 10 Pro OBS to livestream.

are you gettting massive amounts of hitching? so high fps then drops to low numbers and darts around but it legit looks like the game is freezing constantly?

Update to 21.1.2, the auto updater is broken so you'll need to redownload from www.obsproject.com , it fixes it. Make sure to delete the old game capture source once its finished updating.

Fixed an issue with the new 2018 Windows 10 release (1803) that would cause game capture to perform poorly on Direct3D 9.0c games.
