right clicking doesn' move the character,camera is locked and buttons on my keyboard do weird things

this bug has been happening to me for a very long time. it first started like mid season 5 but recently after pre season patch its been happening a lot. i dont know what causes to bug and the only way i found to fix it is to restart my computer. at first right clicks stop working and i cant move or cast abilities or anything and the camera locks on my champion. after this i usually die because my last input was right clicking an enemy so i just chase them until they kill me, or i just stand there until they realize i cant move. after pressing enter doesn't open chat so i cant tell my team whats going on and almost nothing else works. alt tab doesnt work ,i cant ping and i cant cant unlock camera. the one thing that works is esc which minimizes lol and brings me to desktop. once this happens my computer starts doing weird things. i cant run any programs unless i run as admin and when i click on stuff already open in my task bar(like lol) nothing happens. the only way to switch between open apps is with alt tab which works now for some reason even though it didn't earlier. when i get back into league every thing works again(i can move, ping , cast spells, and alt tab) but the camera is still locked and wont unlock no mater what i do. and every time i press esc like when i close the shop or when i want to open the options menu it minimizes again. i figured out that the camera lock issue can be fixed by leaving the game and reconnecting but that still doesn't fix the other problems which stay even after the game finishes. like esc minimizing the open window. there also a bunch of keys and combinations of keys that do weird thing when i'm not in lol that i don't remember how to activate, but one of the ones i do know is that space bar + esc opens task manager ( and also esc minimizes open windows). this bug is really annoying and i don't know how to fix it.all i can do is rejoin the game to fix the camera issue and then restart computer after but even then the damage is already done. usually i've already died from the initial cant move thing. and then i have to afk for like 2 mins to rejoin the game. i've already been placed in lower priority q twice where i have to wait 20 mins before qing up for 5 games for afking
