I lag and Gets me 20min ban

So I have some problems with ms sometimes! And it just goes higher and the game fps is getting lower. after that I start a game and it load everyone is 100% and I was waiting 3 minets after 3minets I see the screen just close and it shows me ban for next 5 matches 20minets wait because I wasn't even in the game :) please take my ban awey I was going to put money into the game but it makes me tilted so please cancel my ban for 5 matches 20 min each
