Demoted from gold to silver with no warning

So in my recent ranked game i was demoted from gold to silver with no warning on my profile. Usually when you go to your profile it will have a red triangle that says "Anymore losses and you will be demoted from this division" in this case i went from 20 lp to 0 after a loss then played one more game and lost it and was instantly demoted. Is this a bug in the system or am i just mission something?

Might be because it's preseason and the silver rank more closely fit your mmr, but it does sound really rough sorry to hear buddy you'll get it back for sure!
