Logging onto chat bug

After the last patch my client is unable to log into the chat it only displays: "Logging onto chat service..."

-I tried the repair button from the client -Reinstalled the client -Deleted the global.preferences file -The date change trick

And none has worked.

I don't know what else to try, since without the chat I can't talk during champion select, get invited to games and so on.
