Thresh Q dragging people through terrain

Hello, So this happened to me few times, Thresh pulled me through walls with his hook, drag me through turret. At Asian Rift Rivals Thresh drag Jarvan through his Cataclysm. And in the link you can see what I'm talking about.

So? Its supposed to do that across small terrain. He can do it with E too
