Rengar's E is bugged.

Hello, I'm a filthy main and I've noticed a recurring bug with Rengar's Bola Strike. It's been an issue for months now and I'm really confused why Riot hasn't addressed the issue. The empowered Bola Strike will occasionally go on CD (Empowered abilities aren't supposed to have CDs) and it seems to happen when you use Bola Strike to reach 5 ferocity or if you throw it as you would reach 5 ferocity from your ultimate. It's an extremely annoying issue that I hope to see fixed every time I look through the patch notes, but it still hasn't been. I've been denied plenty of kills due to this issue. If anyone else has any similar experiences with this bug or you just want to call me a scumbag for playing Rengar, I'd be glad to hear. :D
