Alpha Client bug?

So this thing happened when i tried to minimize my client. When i maximized it again it was like this... it was fixing when u move your cursor over those black spots but they were reappearing over and over. Plus it continued to do that while i was on home page after the game so it wasn't a champion select screen bug. Thanks in advance http://imgur.com/9YNEr6J
