client crashes after purchasing a hextech mystery champ shard

after I go to the store and buy a hextech mystery champ shard under the accessories tab, if I click the loot and crafting inventory the client closes immediately. There is no warning/error message and this bug has happened several times very constantly.

Repair the game by clicking the question mark icon to the top right of the patcher. Select "Repair" and let the patcher scan and repair corrupt game files. When the process is completed, you'll see the orange "Launch" button.
