[GAMEPLAY] Any champion!
While I was playing, my internet broke down for few seconds. After it came back few second later I had Ornn items in my shop. I wasn't able to buy any but I got them anyway. It's my custom shop for Kayn but I didn't add any Ornn items in it, so I don't know what kind of bug is this. You'd have probaly been able to buy one of them if they didnt tie buying them to Orrn's level. Which i think was a stupid change. suppose you playing a bruiser you got 
and 
those are your only two damage items you may want to get 
before going defense to get as much damage as you can before you get defense you can then miss out on kills because of the damage you would have gotten cant be gotten because you are locked out of until Orrn reaches level 13 but you dont have any other slots free for damage items.
Locking people out of the masterwork because they supposedly arent worth the gold they cost is only really okay on champions that build 5 damage items when you have to mix items not being able to maximize your snowball even if the stats arent worth it gold for gold screws potential bruiser power.
