[CRASH] Kayne Ult on Kennen caused every player to crash

Just got out of a game where everyone's game crash at the same instance. I've provided a video of it since it happens at the exact same point every time, without fail, in the replay. I'm unsure of what is causing the crash but I believe it has something to do with Kayn's ult and Illaoi's E
