Launcher will not load

When I launch league via the shortcut of launcher exe, the process runs in the background but the launcher does not appear. I have reinstalled and deleted all the usual RADS files as other people have said. No results. Ideas?

Redownload it. I had to do the same thing.

So... i updated my java and was able to play for a few day's, but now the same thing is happening again

ok now i canceled some random background processes and it works again.
