Skill shot bugs

So there is a bug with skillshots that involve holding and releasing. Like vi, xerath, pyke, etc. Doesnt happen all the time but atleast once a game the direction and bar disappear completely and your stuck like that. However on xerath if u hit q twice it releases except like a blind shot. Anyone else experience this?
