Client won't open after reinstalling

I uninstalled my client due to a bug that wouldn't let me view the RP store, however after installing, I try to open the client but when I open it, all that appears is this little rectangle. I even hear the client music playing. [IMG]http://i64.tinypic.com/2vrtuyw.png[/IMG]

I have tried reinstalling multiple times, running as administrator and running it from Riot Games folder instead of the desktop shortcut. Can anyone help?
