Game will not accept input

I started a ranked game, and I got into the game successfully. When I try to right click or use any keyboard buttons however, the game refuses to accept them. I can't move, buy, upgrade abilities, or do anything. The cursor isn't even changing to the gold gauntlet. I can hear the game happening, and models still move (i can see everything happen, characters recalling, minimap working, etc), but that game won't take any of my inputs, forcing a leaverbuster and a 4v5 r. I disconnected then reconnected, but the team couldn't remake.
