[GAMEPLAY] Urgot's fear with Ultimate affecting champions for a huge duration

As showed in the video, Me (Shen) and Blitzcrank got feared for a very long duration (About 40 seconds) by Urgot's Ult. It might be due to the fact that Vayne got ulted by Urgot while being knocked back by Gragas'ult which sent her into us.
