Issue with Item Sets, please help!!!!

Yesterday, I loaded up Morgana to play after a week or so of not playing her(and having played 3 games prior), and noticed in Summoner's Rift that my item builld was unavailable and had reverted to recommended items...annoying and inconvenient, but okay, whatever. After the game I went to my profile and discovered my 10+ item sets had been wiped from my profile!!! Really upset(and it was late), I decided to throw together just one Item Set, for Ashe, and play her until I went to bed, I'd fiddle with my other builds in the morning. I made sure I saved this item set before I closed my profile and started my game. But just now when I signed in, my item set was gone! I don't want to waste time putting an item set together if it's not going to be there when I log in! Anyone else have this problem?
