league of legends loading bug

my game gets bug from 1week ago when i changed windows and i pick my champ and going to game when im in game sometimes then 6or10minuts game get bug and dont loeading game or when internet get off and on its not loading and when i reconnect its get worser and minins get invis and champs too plesae help me fast i needd to fix it to play like pass
