Lag Spike and Disconnect During Matchs

I have recently been playing a decent more again but instead of having the typical "lag" spike I am greeted with a disconnected bar once a team fight typically engages. I have all my specs turned down and my internet provider is google fiber 1gig internet. This is very frustrating due to the fact that I have someone else using the same internet without issues. Also my laptop is a HP Omen gaming laptop so it should be able to easily run league. Any one else having the same issues?

Hey, just asking, but do you get stable ping but still disconnect? Because I'm having the same problem. I have to ALT F4 and reconnect.
