PROJECT: Master Yi Dance Doesn't Scale With Movement Speed
the dance of master yi is supposed to scale with movespeed but it doesnt on the project skin so is that intentional or a bug ?

This is intentional. PROJECT: Yi's dance isn't meant to scale with movement speed. We did this because this skin has its own unique dance.
Crys3s2 votesThat shouldn't matter though. Should it? If so, why was that the decision? I am just having a hard time understanding what having a unique dance has to do with speeding the dance up to match his movespeed.
After all, wasn't the decision to give him the movespeed more aesthetic based on champion qualities? Is this your way of saying Project Yi can't dance as fast as normal Yi?

That being said, I would still like Project Yi buffed so that he can dance faster based on movement speed.
