Farsight Orb/Blue Trinket ACTIVE BUG

Hi guys, as an occasional ADC player, I prefer ugpraded blue trinkets over wards, so this is a pretty big bug and annoyance for me. As you can see here, the upgraded bluetrinket http://prntscr.com/7cfsbn says it places down a visible ward upon being activated. This isn't true, because when I use the upgraded trinket this happens: http://prntscr.com/7cft6x . Where is the ward....?
Now I made sure to see that the blue trinket was fully upgraded, which it was http://prntscr.com/7cfsx9 and it still doesn't place down a visible ward. Also, after you activate the trinket, it shows that it doesn't go on cooldown http://prntscr.com/7cfta8 and doesn't let you do it. BUT when you die after using it and it is on cooldown, the actual cooldown shows up http://prntscr.com/7cft1r .

TL;DR Upgraded Blue Trinket/Farsight Orb doesn't place a visible ward down where you used it; icon when on cooldown shows it isn't on cooldown, and that changes when you die after using it.
