A couple Kha'Zix bugs

Weird interaction with Jarvan IV's ult. If you e as he ults it will jump you out but then slowly pull you back in, it looks really odd and I feel like it's not designed to be like this since J4's ult isn't hard cc and you should be able to jump over it anyway. - I saw my character OUTSIDE the ult and it SLOWLY pulled me back in to clarify.

I was mid fight and hit level 6, I leveled it up and tried to use it, I got hard cc'd at the same time and it auto-evolved my R without channeling. (I may have still had the hotkey pressed to evolve but even then, there was no channel and I didn't get to decide what to evolve nor was I able to cancel it via moving nor should a channel go off while hard cc'd?
