When I go on queue, and I chose my positions - Supp and ADC - I often go Jungler, or some other lane that i DIDN'T choose. I have no idea how this happends and why, haven't seen anyone complain about this but the fact is - it has hapen a LOT of times. Any explanations?

It's known as 'autofill'. Not going into too much details, but basically 10-15% of the time you'll get autofilled, in order to keep que timers lower.
