Anyone Know Why my Game Restrictions Don't Update?

I have a ranked restriction for a certain number of games. It keeps stalling at random numbers. Does anyone know why this happens?

I've already attempted to contact support, but I swear to God they don't even read my question. Lol. They legitimately just responded with - "We aren't going to remove it." I literally, not once asked them to remove it. I didn't even infer... So confused about everything in Riot. Terrible support, so I'm coming here.
