I have been playing on a laptop for about a week and when I went back to playing on my PC the item store was too large and I couldn't buy items at a fast pace to get back in lane. I tried using my smurf accounts on the same computer and the problem did not occur on those accounts. Riot please help me get rid of this problem.
This happened to my girlfriend, and she fixed it by changing the screen resolution in game and then changing it back. Here's how:

The UI settings are saved on the servers per account and I think the shop size/position is also saved. If you can't make your resolution any higher as mconst suggested, you may need to use a different computer. When you are able to see the bottom-right corner of the shop, hover over it with your cursor then click and drag when it becomes diagonal arrows to make the shop window smaller. Once you've done that you can switch back to your own machine.
This solution is a big MAYBE, but its worth a shot.
