It depends on your MMR relative to your current division.

Your MMR is hidden, so there's no easy way to tell what it is. A good proxy would be to look at your last few matches and look at what ranking your allies and opponents were. The average ranking in your matches is probably about what your MMR is.

I quickly took a glance. It appears that you're Bronze 2, but play mostly with Bronze 3 players. It sounds like 14-22 is a bit too big to be fair in my opinion honestly, but regardless you're playing against people who should be weaker, so you lose more than you gain. Until you either win enough games to start playing with other bronze 2 players, or lose enough to be demoted to bronze 3, you'll continue to get these gains/losses (if you lose too many to get demoted, you may start playing with Bronze 4s though).
