[GAMEPLAY] Aether Wisp Movement Speed Text Update

When i bought Aether wisp i was trying to compare the difference between buying boots 2 and aether wisp to see which game me more movement speed but the movement text beside character portrait didn't change though there was a distinct change in movement speed after i did buy the item.

Scenario One Character: Katarina Items: Boots of Speed ~ 2-3 Health Potions

Attempted to buy aether wisp no text change ~ used the undo button ~ purchased Sorcerer's Shoes ~ used the undo button ~ bought aether wisp again still no change Ended up purchasing Sorcerer's Shoes and amplifying tome

Scenario Two Character: Katarina Items: Sorcerer's Shoes ~ 2-3 Health Potions ~ Amplifying Tome

Purchased Aether Wisp no text modification

Unfortunately forgot to check if this effected either of the items that built out of aether wisp but it seems Sorcerer's shoes vs boots of speed does not effect it also the movement speed i noticed was effected on Katarina so its just the text that wasn't modified that i know of.

Sorry no screen shots to add i didn't think of them at the time. Hope this is enough information for reporting a bug if you have any questions please ask.

Edit 1: It seems to have happened again for another person possibly
