ARAM snowball Bug!

Hope this message reaches the intended people. My last game playing ARAM, i noticed a [Gameplay] bug including fizz's W and the snowball.

After hitting Morde with my snowball and dashing to him the moment i reached there i pressed W (Fizz's W) i instantly returned to my initial place, i tired it again but this time on Gnar it happened again. Then i tried it on other champs Elise and Anivia it didn't work.

Tips for trying to copy the bug (try it on morde or gnar, it only happened before reaching level 6 on fizz didn't work after, when i had Q W E not on cooldown)

I'm trying to play a custom game with a friend to try and copy the bug while recording it.
