[GAMEPLAY] Vi-Unable to cast Q at later levels

Unable to cast Q with Vi on normal starting around Level 15 with 3 points of upgrade on Q. Doesn't matter how many times Q is pressed, Q won't enable or go off. Happened in one game today. It was fine during early levels but, this problems started when I began to upgrade Q.
