Red and Blue buff reset right after Volibear starts off with his E

So I have ran into this bug several times a game with Volibear. When you start a camp, I'm not sure if its other camps other than red and blue buff...i think grump might have too...cant recall. Anyways if you start the camp off with Volibear's E, the camp resets instantly and starts healing back while feared. Please fix. Thank you. NA client. I was playing summoners rift, draft pick, non ranked....I think I had it happen in ranked too. It didn't start until his recent mini buff...thanks for that by the way ( I LOVE THIS BEAR!)
