[GAMEPLAY] Teemo Mushrooms don't decay

Teemo's mushrooms are no longer decaying as of 6.19. This is a serious issue because there is nothing to stop him from littering the lane with them. Yes you can red trinket them but eventually they will outnumber you. I've encountered it in two matches so far. Playing AS teemo and AGAINST him.
