Continuing error.

I keep getting this bug when I first start games where I can't use any of my abilities. (ie I hit "q" and nothing happens, or I try to open the shop with "p" and nothing happens). I don't know where this glitch comes from but its becoming more frequent... Anyone have any ideas?
