My promos

i played league of legends for 2 weeks and finally managed to be in my promos for bronze one but when i was in champion select, my league got shut down. It says ill have a free win and then i'll be bronze one but when i came back on and won my game it says 92 lp. Before the game shut down it was clearly 100lp and if i won one more i would be in bronze one. But im still in bronze two 92lp? What is this? I WANT MY BRONZE 1 BACK!!!!!!!!! RIOT PLZ...
