[GAMEPLAY] Draven Ult does not return upon death

One thing that has always bugged me and a friend is that when Draven dies while his ult is still out on the field, it disappears without returning to him. I feel this is probably a gameplay bug, as other characters with similar mechanics on their abilities (Sivir the first coming to mind) still have their abilities return upon death. I can't tell you how many times I've missed a kill because the ultimate doesn't return to finish them off. Half of the ultimate is essentially wasted, which is really disappointing!
