Insane ping.

So for the past few months I've been having mild ping spikes that just quickly come and go, don't really affect my connection. However, this time, when I was playing Kog'Maw, my ping got awful, and I went from doing well to dying without being able to defend myself. The ping stuck at 140 and would refuse to drop like it does most of the time, I tried going into a practice tool game and use Hextech Repair Tool but it'still there. It just appeared out of nowheere in the middle of a game... When is this shit gonna get fixed? I'm tired of having to deal with this ping and it's NOT appearing in any other games I play.
